Yummy
I turned Saturday's arugula, a few local eggs from happy chickens, and the end of my wedding shower bacon (a gift from Chris' sister) into this tasty quiche. It is easily the best quiche I have ever made. It even looked beautiful coming out of the oven.

Bacon and a bacon press was a pretty good choice, yes. :)

The only unfortunate thing about it was that my shower was the Saturday before Lent started and I already had another half pound I was working through. The bacon stayed in the freezer until last week.

It mostly serves to soak up all the bacon grease and transfer it into the quiche.
